Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Excellent skill in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook
  • Good command in English
  • 5-6 years’ experience in Recruitment officer/Training Officer
  • Creative thinking, can-do attitude, interpersonal skills, service-minded and team working
  • able to work on-site or overtime
  • Ability to make judgments and decisions on confidential matters

    Recruitment
  • Responsible for recruitment processes including the Job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting and offering jobs.
  • Prepare and coordinate the selection of personnel according to the qualifications of each position.
  • Prepare employment contract, documents regarding employee evaluation, welfare benefits.
  • Recording employee data, Filing employee profile files.
  • Responsible for social security of employees.
  • Prepare report and summarize the recruitment results according to the objectives (Manpower, Exit Interview}Turnover, etc.)
  • Responsible for the preparation, recording of documents in accordance with the ISO9001 and ISO16949
  • Training
  • Responsible for training need survey and prepare training need survey summary report.
  • coordination and presentation of internal/external training programs
  • Prepare and update training material, conduct training classes, and training assessments.
  • Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
  • Training courses development for skill development and skill personnel. (OJT, Matrix, Skill Map, etc.)
  • Applying for certification of the Department of Skill Development
  • In-House Trainer and Supporting Student Internship
  • Responsible for the preparation, recording of documents in accordance with the ISO9001 and ISO16949
